4-5 cups boiling water
Here's my new favourite addition to ginger tea:
Add a bag of raspberry leaf tea to the grated ginger when you pour the boiling water into the teapot. Throat Coat is delicious, too.
Raspberry leaf adds calcium and other minerals to your tea. You can leave the bag in for several hours so the nutrients are fully absorbed into the water. I make this tea at night to drink in the morning, then mix half cold tea and half boiling water in my mug.
It's especially good with stevia and lime or lemon.
Sip and enjoy. Ginger tea is a wonderful natural remedy for cough and cold, soothes a sore throat, and aids digestion. Besides, it tastes great!
